The prestigious recognition celebrates outstanding women entrepreneurs across ASEAN for their leadership, innovation, and contributions to business and economic development.

For more than two decades, Ms. Juan has led UpFirst Corp. in providing railway and industrial engineering solutions, championing local capabilities, and building lasting partnerships through quality, integrity, and genuine value.

Her leadership reflects the company’s belief that meaningful progress is built not through noise or trends, but through consistent performance, innovation, and trust.
This recognition is a proud milestone for the entire UpFirst team and a testament to the strength of Filipino entrepreneurship, particularly in traditionally male-dominated industries.
